Where do you ship?
We currently ship to thyhe USA and Canada!
How much is shipping?
We offer a flat-rate Standard shipping fee of $6.99, and an Express shipping option of 16.99.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to higher than normal order volume, please allow 1–2 Weeks for order processing & shipment. Once an order is shipped the final delivery date depends on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping delivery can be expected 3-8 business days after shipment. Express shipping delivery is expected 2-3 business days after shipment.
Please note that if your order contains both Made to Order and Ready to Ship items it will be split shipped.
Once shipped, the estimated delivery varies based on the specific delivery address.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner facility in the USA.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any issues tracking your package, please contact us.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order is taking longer than expected, please follow these steps:
✔ Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
✔ Contact the shipping carrier for more information about your order.
✔ Check with neighbors or household members in case it was delivered to the wrong address.
If you still haven’t received your package 14 days after it has been shipped out, contact us with your order number, and we’ll look into it.
Incorrect Address Policy
If the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, we are unable to refund the order. You may place a new order with the corrected shipping address at your own expense as we may be unable to alter or update the order details after shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows them as delivered. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider.
