Holiday Return Policy

We’re extending our return and exchange window for the holiday season. Purchases made from 11/27/2025 to 12/24/2025 may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment through 1/15/2026.

How do your Sales work? 

Promotional prices are offered on certain items for a limited period of time. Temporary promotions may include a percentage off (ex. +15% off), a dollar off discount (ex. $29 now $19), or a multiple item offer (ex. 3 for $20). These discounts will be reflected at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous purchases. Offers are not available on Gift Cards,Folds of Honor items, shipping, handling, and taxes. Prices, promotions, styles and availability may vary. BWTB.com reserves the right to end or modify promotional prices at any time

Our Shipping Process

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Due to high order volume please note orders may take 1-2 weeks to ship. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, BWTB.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer a flat-rate Standard shipping fee of $6.99 and an Express shipping option for $16.99. These rates apply to all orders shipped within the USA. Canadian shipping is Duties paid under our $35 USD Flat Rate option.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the USA and Canada. We are continually evaluating our shipping options and may expand our reach in the future.

How long does shipping take?

Due to higher than normal order volume, please allow 1–2 weeks for order processing and shipment. Once shipped, Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days, while Express shipping is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. If you encounter any issues tracking your package, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

What if my order has shipped, but not arrived yet?

Please check the tracking information for the latest updates on your package's whereabouts. If there haven't been any new events after 10 days for standard shipping, or if your expedited shipping has missed the expected delivery date, please contact us.

If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not located it, please check the surrounding areas and allow two business days from the "delivery date" in case the carrier is running behind. Occasionally, packages will be scanned ahead and marked "delivered" before the true delivery.

Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to provide photos of the item, your order number, and a brief description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges of Ready to Ship items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Please note that Made to Order items and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
