Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of Ready to Ship items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or would like to return it for a refund, please contact us at hello@bwtb.com for authorization before sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of Made to Order items as they are Final Sale.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@bwtb.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Be sure to provide:

• Photos of the item and any defects.
• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.

Refunds
Refunds are available for returned items and damaged or incorrect items. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, we’re happy to offer an exchange as inventory allows. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange. If the size you need is unavailable, we can issue a refund or store credit.

Final Sale

Returns & Exchanges are unavailable for Made to Order items as they are Final Sale.
