PARTICIPATION IN THIS CHALLENGE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND 
AGREEMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE 
OFFICIAL RULES HEREIN.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Participation in this Challenge is subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of https://bwtb.com/policies/privacy-policy If you do not agree to the privacy policy and terms of service, do not enter this promotion or provide any  personal information.

1. Eligibility: Bussin’ With The Boys Design Challenge (the “Challenge”) is only open to U.S. residents over the age of 18 as of February 2, 2026. Employees and contractors, of Bussin’ With the Boys (“Sponsor”), Challenge administrators, their respective advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Challenge, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with Bussin’ With The Boys (collectively “Challenge Entities”) and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter the Challenge.

2. Challenge Period: For all purposes of this Challenge, Sponsor’s computer is the official clock and all times refer to Eastern Time (“ET”). The Challenge period begins on February 2, 2026 and ends on March 10, 2026 (“Challenge Period”). Challenge consists of one (1) round. Entries for the round must be received by 11:59pm ET on February 15, 2026. 

3. How to Enter: To enter the Challenge, starting February 2, 2026, entrants must (1) visit bwtb.com/pages/tier-1-design-contest (the “Website”), and (2) enter all required information (including but not limited to name, age, address, cell phone number, email) and upload a .png transparent background file and a mock of design on a standard t-shirt to the Website. Entrant must have completed all required portions of the intake form and uploaded a design per required specifications in order for Entry to be considered in the Challenge. Entrants may submit multiple Entries; however, must comply with all rules on How to Enter as stated herein for each Entry.

  • Entry Round: The deadline to upload Entries is 11:59pm ET on February 15, 2026.  On or about February 23, 2026 Sponsor will choose up to ten to twelve (10-12) Entries, in Sponsor’s sole editorial discretion, from among the entries, taking into account, without limitation, originality, design, commercial feasibility in printing/producing merchandise with a particular design, projected sales, confirmation such design fits with the reputation of Sponsor, and shall not violate any laws or public decency (the “Top Selected Entrants”).  
  • Final Round: Each Top Selected Entrant’s submitted Entry shall be featured on Sponsor’s Store on a single t-shirt for sale at the same date, time, and price, as all other Top Selected Entrant’s Entries. All such Top Selected Entrants Entries shall be available for purchase on Sponsor’s Store for a period beginning February 24, 2026 through March 8, 2026. Within five (5) business days, Sponsor shall calculate and determine the total amount of gross sales (which shall not include any refunds, chargebacks, canceled orders, fraudulent orders), and shall notify the Winners via the email address provided in the Entry. 

Entries may not include material that could be deemed by the Sponsor (a) to be vulgar, profane or pornographic or (b) to be unlawful or whose purpose is to encourage unlawful activities by others. Each Entrant is solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary licenses, releases or waivers permitting Entrant to use the name, likeness or other attribute or proprietary mark of any individual or entity appearing in the Entry. If an Entry and/or any use of the Design is found to violate any of the terms herein, Sponsor may disqualify all Entries submitted by the Entrant involved. A violation of these terms shall entitle Sponsor and/or Challenge Entities to all available remedies. Entries or purchases of Top Selected Entrants designs generated by any means which subvert the entry process shall be void. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged by Sponsor or returned to Entrant. If an Entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Proof of submitting an Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Challenge. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain Entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification, as set forth below.

4. Prizes: Three (3) total prizes will be awarded in this Challenge (all collectively, “Prizes”).

  • Winning Prize: The Winners will receive:
  • Three hundred U.S. dollars ($300.00) to the first place selection;
  • Two hundred U.S. dollars ($200.00) to the second place selection.
  • One hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) to the third place selection.

A Winner must have a valid mailing address (PO Box not acceptable) to claim his/her Prize. If a Winner cannot claim his/her Prize as specified herein, his/her Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. All Prize details are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household for the entire Challenge Period. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each First Round Prize is a total of $300 (first place), $200 (second place), and $100 (third place). The total ARV of all prizes: $600.00. All expenses associated with the receipt or use of prize not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded and are each Winner’s sole responsibility. No cash equivalent for Prize(s) will be available. Prize is not transferable. However, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability or for any other reason. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace any merchandise prize with a newer model or version of same; but, in such event, Sponsor will continue to use the value of the “old” (i.e., replaced) item for purposes of calculating the ARV. If a Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a Minor, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on Winner set forth herein. The prize(s) and prize notification(s) will only be sent to addresses within the fifty (50) states of the U.S. (including D.C.). Any depiction of prize(s) in Challenge materials or otherwise are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities (including but not limited to income taxes) arising from participation in the Challenge or award of any prize(s) will be the sole responsibility of the winner(s). The Challenge administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of any prize.

5. Notification of Winners: Potential winners will be notified via email to the email address provided by Entrant within approximately five (5) days of the respective Selections. Each potential winner will be emailed further instructions that must be adhered to within forty eight (48) hours of the email notification being sent; otherwise Entry may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Instructions may include, but are not limited to, requiring potential winners to sign, execute, and return an original unmodified Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, (where legal) a Publicity Release as well as a copy of his/her legible government issued photo identification and any other documentation that Sponsor and/or the Challenge administrator requires (collectively “Affidavit/Release”) within forty eight (48) hours after delivery to the potential winner or such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner for such prize may be selected. If a potential winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian will be required to complete and sign the Affidavit/Release on his/her behalf. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, winner attests to the provisions stated therein including the accuracy of the information contained therein and his/her compliance with these Official Rules.

If a potential winner does not respond to the email and/or does not supply his Affidavit/Release within forty eight (48) hours; is found to be ineligible; if he/she does not properly register for the Challenge; if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules; if his/her prize or prize notification email is returned as undeliverable; potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. General Conditions: Challenge is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). By entering the Challenge, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by the these Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Challenge administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with these Rules and Laws and the Official Rules; to indemnify and hold harmless the Challenge Entities from any and all claims and liability resulting or arising from the Entry and the use and exploitation thereof; and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Challenge Entities (including, without limitation, any rights and claims relating to copyright, libel, moral rights, rights of privacy and/or publicity, defamation, portrayal in false light, or confidentiality). Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Thus, except where prohibited by law and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: (1) Entry and/or Winner’s acceptance of Prize and/or Grand Prize constitutes permission for the Challenge Entities to use each Winner’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for any and all purposes, including but not limited to, advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on or inclusion in any Bussin’ With The Boys release in any and all media, such as social media accounts, podcasts, newsletters, etc. solely in connection with Sponsor announcing the Winner), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Challenge or the prize awarded, and (2) Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, license, sublicense, assign, dispose of, exhibit, display, transmit, exploit, edit, project, promote and distribute all Entries (or any portion thereof) , as well as entrant’s likeness, image, name, and/or voice made available by entrant to Sponsor, however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties; however, Sponsor will have no obligation to use the Entry (or any portion thereof). Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://bwtb.com/policies/privacy-policy. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Challenge; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with Challenge will be prosecuted and is not eligible for a Prize. If, for any reason, the Challenge is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor in its discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Challenge or any portion(s) thereof and to conduct the drawing and award the Prize from all salvageable eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor, or award the Prize in a manner that is fair and equitable. In case of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant who submitted the winning Entry, the legal name associated with that Entry at the time of submission will be deemed the Entrant. Said owner must comply with these Official Rules, be the person who completed the act of entering, and, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the Website account.

7. Disclaimers: Challenge Entities are not responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for Entries that are illegible, late, tampered with, forged, incomplete, misdirected, deleted, damaged, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and such Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Challenge, entrants agree and acknowledge that the Challenge Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Challenge; human error; acceptance/possession, use/misuse, and/or defects of the prize(s) awarded herein; change of official Challenge sponsor, typographical errors in Challenge promotional material; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by Challenge; interruption or inability to access the Challenge, the Website or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Challenge; pre-emption/interruption/cancellation of elements of the Challenge, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Challenge Entities. Entrants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Challenge Entities from any and all claims and liability resulting or arising from the Challenge, and hereby acknowledge that said Challenge Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with a prize. Challenge Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of the prize supplier or any of its agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of Sponsor, or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

8. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, ARBITRATION: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to (i) the Challenge, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any prize and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of these Official Rules or their enforcement or interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the state of Tennessee without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, its enforcement, arbitrability or interpretation shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration, to be held in Davidson County, Tennessee, before a single arbitrator, in accordance with   Tennessee’s Code of Civil Procedure. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of Sponsor(s) and the Entrant or Entrants bringing forth the controversy or claim (collectively, the “Parties”) or, if the Parties cannot agree, then by striking from a list of arbitrators supplied by the American Arbitration Association or       JAMS. The arbitration shall be a confidential proceeding, closed to the general public. The arbitrator shall issue a written opinion stating the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator’s award is based. The Parties will share equally in payment of the arbitrator’s fees and arbitration expenses and any other costs unique to the arbitration hearing (recognizing that each side bears its own deposition, witness, expert and attorneys’ fees and other expenses to the same extent as if the matter were being heard in court). Entrant(s) agrees that his/her claim will be resolved individually, exclusively by arbitration, without resort to any form of class action. Entrant(s) further agrees that any claim/judgment/award in such arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Challenge but in no event attorneys' fees; and, under no circumstances, will an entrant(s) be entitled to awards for and entrant(s) hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Should any term of this section be deemed void, unenforceable or contrary to law, such term shall, but only to the extent necessary to bring this section within the requirements of law, be deemed to be severed from the other terms of these Official Rules, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall be given effect as if it had not included the severed term herein. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.

9. Name of Winners: To receive the name of winner(s) or an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Bussin’ With the Boys 2405 Kline Ave. Nashville, TN 37211. All requests must be received no later than two (2) months after the stated end date of the  Challenge Period (i.e. May 10, 2026). The Official Rules will be available on the Website during the entire Challenge. Name of winners may also be posted on the Website.
